Always friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their products and service. Nick is the best, always takes care of me.

Wonderful service. I was told they were very busy when I showed up and advised to come back a couple hours later when I return they were less busy and able to take care of my car quickly. They pluged the tire and checked the check engine light without charge. Their service is always been great.

We take all of our vehicles to Big O. They have always been friendly, honest and upfront with us.

It was the coldest day of the year, and I had two leaky tires, turns out they just needed sealed, I was very happy and even though it was miserable outside I was made to feel very welcome

I am always pleased with the service at this particular store which is why I have gone to them for over 15 years. We have also had service at the Plainfield store and the 86th store was nice enough to put air in my tire without me even having to get out of my car. The Mooresville store is always good on service and if they are going to take longer than expected they tell you or they tell you they can't get it done that day either. I feel they go out of their way and they always take time to explain exactly what is happening on my vehicle. If you need service go here!

Came in for oil change & I asked if they would check all my fluids for me cause I have a hard time at it. I know I will not have worry again for a couple months. Fast & friendly service over in that department definetly.

I went in for an oil change and my rear wiper blade also needed replaced. They did a good job of communicating and ordered my blade and a new arm. I couldn't be more pleased with the service! Chris was outstanding.

I found that Big O Tire went above an beyond my expectations to resolve the issue that we had with our tire repair. The Manager was very professional in the correction of the issue.
