I used the night drop and payed for service over the phone. This is why I didn't answer about meeting us at my car or some of the other items. However, these have happened on previous visits.

As always, everyone was professional, accurate, efficient, and amazing. I always go see them for any automotive need!

Service is great but there is always a 2 to 3 hour wait on tire rotation and balance.

Shane was extremely helpful in my overall experience with buying tires for my car. This was my first time ever buying tires. My husband always took care of these matters. He passed away recently. So, I really appreciated Shane's assistance. My only complaint would be that I was told that the process would take an hour and a half and I was there for three hours. I must say that Shane thanked me for my patience and apologized for the delay. His help overrides the delay.

The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable, and they quickly took care of my issue. Great experience!

They are always so pleasant and very helpful there are a few that go even above and beyond to help out and when there was a problem one time he made sure things was done. I always recommend this store to people and I don't ever go anywhere else for my tire service. Very professional staff which says alot and makes folks return. My wife has sent several people there way as well and they was happy customers as well with the service they received.

Always friendly and helpful. I love that you even vacume my floor mats!! Only once have I had to wait a long time due to leftover work from the day before; it would have been great to know that when I first got there (that you were running behind) instead of after waiting for awhile. But other than that, great service!

Shane was very helpful and through. First time to purchase tires at Big O but not my last.

We went in on Saturday to make an appointment for the following week to get tires put on our truck. They were able to go ahead and do it then instead of us having to come back. They did a great job!!
