Hi. You drove me to work one day when my truck was getting serviced Thank you. And that Tom Duh is very kind to me and I appreciate that he always greets me and I fell like he looks out for me. I did come in the other day for oil change and tries rotated. I had never talked to the oil person before and he was ok. He told me I will be needing new tires soon and that a good deal was coming soon for buy two get two . I knew I would be needing tires so I am hoping that will work out for me. He also told me I was having some issue with tail light and turn signals. I think those work part time, he said maybe that is a issue they could check on later. Oh we decided not to do tire rotation since I hope to get tires soon. To bad my low tire sensor came on the next day, so Ill be in to get some air as I have to do often. You know I like to come here for service its close to my home and work. I really think you all do a great job and are very nice, especially Tom. Thank you, I always tell my Saint Francis coworkers to call you when they are having problems.

The person that we dealt with was very thorough and knew what he was doing. He kindly squeezed us into the schedule even though it was close to closing time. I wish I knew his name!

I had stopped elsewhere to get air in a low tire and was told I needed work on a different tire. I came to Big O when my tire was low again and even suggested it might be what I was told. I had a screw in my tire! They fixed my tire for free, went through a check list with me, and were extremely courteous. It is great to have a trustworthy company close to home!

Shopping for tires for my daughters truck, and received excellent customer service from Shane Harris. No matter how busy the store gets he keeps a cool head, and provides excellent service. And the men that put the tires on did an excellent job as well. Thank you to all!

Service Manage Tom Duh always provides excellent service at reasonable prices. Honest and trustworthy. While this facility isn't the closest to me, I willing to drive the extra distance to ensure I'll be treated well.
