Big O Tires

This was my first time at the Mooresville, IN location after recently moving to the town. The staff was very friendly. The process was very fast and I was in and out the door in only about 15-20 min. The staff noticed my veteran license plate and thanked me for my service as I was leaving. Like most veterans I do not like any other attention or different treatment due to my veteran status. However, it was a nice attention to detail that made me feel welcome. When I got into my car I was surprised to see that my inside mats had been vacuumed and cleaned. Overall a really great experience. This chain store had the feel of a family ran business. I would highly recommend this store and want to thank them for a great experience. In the market for this type of service the customer service standards are typically low these guys went above and beyond. Thanks again to the team that was working that day!

I tell everyone I can to buy their tires from Big O and not to bother checking out any other tire dealer. You can find the tire you need at the right price and get great service as well.

Shane was very customer focused and although busy they worked me in at a time that worked for both of us. Excellent communication and provided service I needed to get me back on the road. Highly recommend!!!

I just came in to get a tire repaired but the level of service I received went above what it called for loot free coffee while I waited didn't have to carry my tire in or out you have an awesome service team thank you!!!!!!!!!
