Great people, great service. My only complaint is that I wanted to purchase new tires and had been waiting for your tire sale. I was informed that the sale took place last month. You guys email me all kinds of things all the time but I was watching for that sale and never received an email about it. I like buying my tires at Big O but may very well go somewhere else this time for a better price.

They worked me in quickly on a day that was very busy.

All persons in the office were very outgoing and polite. Enjoyed the visit.

We live in an age where customer service is second and profits come first. Not at Big O in Mooresville!!!! These folks understand and live true customer service and it is reflected in their work. Even when there are small issues they will go out of their way to ensure you are completely satisfied. After my last service I encountered a small point of concern and they immediately went to work to ensure I was 100% satisfied. No discussion, no argument, but truly wanted to make certain that I was happy. Shane contacted me after he was alerted of my concern, found a solution and then followed up with me after simply to make certain that I was completely satisfied. This is a rare trait and should be rewarded. I would highly recommend this group of professionals for any of your needs!
