Big O Tires

I have had several interactions with Big O tires and in summary they are just very nice guys. I have gotten oil changes, new tires and a tire repair. I was particularly impressed with the tire repair/replacement. I had a non repairable tire. They ordered a new tire that was a match and had it shaved down to match the tread on the other tires so that I didn't need to order a full new set.

Big fan of Big O. I have had great experiences dealing with them.

We have an older vehicle that needed help with the air conditioning system and Shane was understanding that we did not want to put in a lot of money. They were able to fix our system while keeping the price reasonable.

Very knowledgeable and go up and beyond for customers

I was having trouble with tire balance and took my car to Big O in Moorseville IN. They have a road force balance machine and did an excellent job of balancing the tires. Kudos to the staff there.

Iam so pleased with the service I had on saturday ,Nick was so helpful and kind after I explained my issues with my 2 front tires ,he took charge and made it right!!! Thank you so much! Shane is a excellent manager ,he was quick to get all my info ,about how my tries were leaking air ,said he would take care of it. he wasn't there this saturday,but NIck was excellent, I am so Thankful ...Thank you Mooresville Big o tires guy's!!!!! Service manager Tom Duh was recommended to me and has been excellent. I have had some extensive mechanical work done and his team has done the work well and often at less cost than other providers. While this shop is not close to my home, he has made it worthwhile to travel the extra distance. I would certainly recommend Tom and his store to my friends. It's great to have a trusted, skilled professional.

I always receive good service when I come here.

Every time I come in here, the customer service that I receive is excellent! There is usually a wait because they are so busy, but I don't mind waiting when their service is superior! These guys work so hard, and as a Store Manager, Shane is amazing! He goes above and beyond to fix issues that need to be fixed, and this past weekend proved just that.

I was very satisfied with the work they did. It took quite a while to get it done but it was Thanksgiving weekend so that was to be expected.

After trying to find a tire for my tractor with no result I drove by Big O tire and decided they were to probably to busy to help. I drove to Mooresville tire where they did not look that busy. They explained they were covered up till Monday sometime. Oh yeah this is a Saturday event. After being rejected I drove back to Big O tire where before I could not find a parking spot. I found a parking spot and got very good service even with construction going on. They took my tire and were ok with trying to fix the tire and add a new tube. This was 1:30 p.m. and I went to mow my mothers grass and would return by 3:00 when they close. Service guys said no we don't close at 3:00, we stop taking work at 3:00. They would call if they could not fix the tire. About 2:40 they called and said the tire was repaired and looked good. Quality job, quality effort. customer service, fine job to all involved.

Thank you Tom Duh you did it again. This is the third set of tires that Tom has helped me with this year. You service was great! As always I will see Tom for all of my service work . He is always fair and honest, that is why I drive from Speedway to Camby for my auto service. Thanks again Tom. I'll be back soon!

Shane is the glue that holds this store. He is always busy but takes the time to talk with me and gives me advise. I have seen many reviews on other Big o stores that were bad. I have never had anything but great service at the Mooresville store.

Things were done in a timely manner and they let me know what the issues were going to cost before proceeding. They were very accommodating on drop off and pick up.

They went above and beyond to help me out when I had a flat. Even though they were backed up they put my spare on for me to get me through the day until they can put my new tire on. It was greatly appreciated!

I cannot comment on some things because I had excellent door to door service from the owner, Dave. As always, he provides excellent service and good value. I highly recommend Big O Tires in Mooresville!
