I would never go anywhere else. I have been a customer for as long as I can remember. I totally trust the staff at BigO. They are like friends to me and give me advice when I'm trying to make decisions.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable and informative and I trust only my Big O team to work on my Jeep!

We ordered special tires. When they came in, Tom contacted us and set up a time for installation. When I arrived, they had some extra work emergencies and i was told that it was going to take longer to install my new tires. They offered to take me home and pick me up when my vehicle was ready. I am so impressed that part of their service is to make my repairs as painless as possible. Thank You Tom and Thank You Big O!

We appreciate the honest advice we were given recently when buying tires for our sons car. The age, condition and purpose of the vehicle were all taken into account. It didn't make sense to buy the most expensive tires, but safety was an issue. Thanks for always taking good care of us and providing logical options!

This is the second time I ordered tires by phone, and had them shipped to me in NYC. Shane at your Indianna store is great, returning calls answering questions etc. It was my prior experience with him that makes him my go to guy for tires. Only wish you guys were in NY

I have been doing business with Tom Duh for several years . Tom and I spoke over his cell phone of my needs and Shane trouble shot problem and suggested solutions . I took his advice replaced 4 TIRE PRESSURE SENSORS scedualed rotation and balance in little more than a hour .

Staff is very friendly and I got my truck back in a timely manner.

I needed irepair but never could seem to find the time to schedule an appointment to have it done. Weeks after my initial visit Shane called me and set up an appointment time for me to come in so that they could investigate my issue and diagnose my truck. What supposedly was supposed to be an almost $1,500 repair turned out to be around $600. Through process of elimination they had my vehicle up and running great for less than half of what the original cost was thought to be. That is a plus in my book

With 5 vehicles, we are regular customers. Nick greets us by first name and has often gone beyond what was expected on a number of jobs. Tom is also very responsive works hard to get our needs met efficiently.
