Very satisfied with this store

I appreciated that the mchanic who did the oil change reported the brake fluid reservoir was held in with ZIP TIES. I bought the car used a year ago and this wasn't caught until now. Your shop offered to call the local Ford dealer and if they had bolts, Big O would install them. As Ford was so close, I just went there and they were kind enough to put in bolts. Please thank your guys for attention to detail. With the extreme temperature changes in Indiana, the zip ties could have become brittle and broken. Thank you!

I've been going to this store for at least 16 years. Always honest and affordable. I'm greeted by name when I walk in by Shane. He is just awesome. Even though he is always busy, make sure he greets me and ask me how I am.

Good crew of young hard workers

I was very satisfied with the service at the Mooresville Indiana location. Shane matched the tire price from a competitor in Plainfield and adjusted the alignment price. So I was able to stay in Mooresville and he kept the price within my budget. I will go back to Big O in the future. Thanks so much!

Came in for an oil change and spontaneously decided I needed new tires not only did I get tires and a discount but they also stayed an hour after closing to make sure they were mounted and balanced. That kind of service is why I keep coming back!!

Ran over some nails , had one tire fixed on Friday, Saturday morning found another one in the other tire. Tom got me right in and taken care of.

I worked with Shane and he is on his game. Busy guy, but taking care of everything. By everything, I mean the small details too. Overall, I was impressed..... and that is hard to do. Whatever you're paying Shane, in my opinion, he is worth more than that. When he is at Big O, he is Big O.

Service was prompt and professional.

My grandson bought a truck with bad tires and although the store was swamped with people wanting tires before a big snow, Shane located some tires, had them picked up and installed an hour AFTER normal hours.

Always a fair price, bought tires and oil change

I brought my car in Friday evening and intended to leave it with them to pick up Saturday morning. I was surprised that they had finished on Friday night. Great service. Great people. I will definitely be back.

As always, service was prompt and they took care of our problem. We had a sensor replaced in one of our tires, and when they set it up, they inadvertently took the other three tires off line. Tom Duh immediately took care of the problem and had the guys get them registering again. We are always highly satisfied with the customer service!
