Big O Tires

I don't participate in social media and I seldom offer my comments when asked to do so. However, when a business such as BigOTires turns a catch phrase, "We will earn your business"� into a reality, I am compelled to offer my opinion. If you own a vehicle, irregardless as to it's name brand, one thing is for certain, there will come a time when you will need either routine service or, a dreaded repair. Even God's creations break down, from time to time therefore, so will your man made vehicle. The trick is to have a dependable, honest and fair, automotive repair service, ready to meet those needs. There are but a few things in life that can be as stressful as, looking for an honest automotive repair business, when you need your vehicle repaired, "NOW."� I am a loyal customer of BigOTires, because they have earned my business, every time my dependable vehicle, has stopped, being dependable. My business today, is just as important to BigOTires, as it was the first time I entered through the front door as a new customer, some fifteen years, now past. The next time you need routine service or, your dependable vehicle won't start or, there is a strange noise every time you make a left turn or, when you brake suddenly your car will make a right turn, on it's own accord, give BigOTire, a chance to earn your business. I don't like it when I have to take my car to the shop but when it happens I'm glad to have Big-O Tires as my option for the repairs.

Bob was picking up a car at St Barnabas to be serviced...I asked him if he thought BOT could possibly check out my son's Jeep. You see O'Brien Jeep had the vehicle for 5 days and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Bob talked to Shane and Shane said to bring it in, he wouldn't promise anything but would try. We drove the car down on Tuesday and picked it up on Friday AND BOT did find and correct the problem. Our family will now have our cars serviced at BOT. Thanks to all who took their time.

You all always take such good care of me and always tell me anything else I may need to do with my car, I appreciate that so much.

I rate cleanliness by the restroom. it really was clean!! I knew that I would have a wait because I needed a tire plugged and that is a free service and I totally get that verses someone buying tires or other services. It was a long wait but I planned for it and was appreciative for the service and the recommendations given to me, and an air conditioned place to sit. I appreciate that I'm not pressured into buying a service or items like other places. I often tell others about the great service and attitudes of the employees. Only wish you were open a little later in the evening weekdays, but from your worker's standpoint, I'm glad you close so that they have family time in the evening. -Thanks and blessings!

Thanks to these guys for sure-I appreciate the hospitality & reasonable price...1/2 the competition on alignment...I plan on bringing more(2 more) as I have 8 vehicles and trailers insured monthly-tires are important!

It's great to do business with a those that show genuine concern for the customer. As more and more business show us that they are only interested in getting as much money out of my pocket as possible, I feel that I get great value and service from this group. I will keep coming back.

I liked their work and getting me out quicker than I thought they would they were very courteous the only thing I didn't like they don't carry motorcraft oil and that is the only motor oil that's ever been put in my car until they put Vavoline in it.

Tom did a great job helping me find a solution within my budget.

Went in to get a flat fixed. Had the spare (donut) on. When I went to pick my car up the spare (donut) & jack were all put back in the storage compartment properly instead of just thrown in the trunk. I didn't expect this at all since I was the one who just threw all of that stuff in the trunk to begin with. Outstanding customer service. Thanks

I've used Big O in Mooresville for many years and always have a good experience! They are professional and knowledgeable whether it is tires or general auto service. They most recently helped me with an old trailer removing rusted lugs and installing wheels I brought in.

I had ask for Goodyear tires.. I had bought tires several years back and Shane had sold me on the Big O brand and Tom did as well.. I did my typical review reading and after 500 miles already seems like they will be just fine
