They are honest. They have fixed many things and sold me a few sets of tires. Always keep my car in great shape. Never any surprise charges or parts. Will not go anywhere else.

I've always had exceptional service at Big O regardless of the reason for my visits! The customer service, the attention to detail, the explanation of what's needed, and the timeliness are all extraordinary! I did not have an appointment this last time because I was expecting it to be a quick fix of a leaky tire not holding air. Ended up I had a screw in the tire that was beyond repair and needed replaced. I could only afford 2 tires at this time, and the gentleman helping me went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best deal to be able to save as much money as possible. He doesn't know this, but as a single mom, every penny I can save is HUGE deal!! I am forever grateful for his effort to take care of me as a customer! And he did it in a way that made it clear he does it for all customers that walk through the doors! I've been coming to Big O for many years, and will definitely continue to be a loyal customer for many more to come!! THANK YOU!!
