Great place to go for oil changes and tire repair or to buy new tires.

Courteous, thorough explanation, efficient, did not try to up sell any services or products, friendly.

Mike & his team have kept my poor old 2006 Saturn running. They stand behind their work and haven't found a problem yet that they can't fix. Honest work and honest prices- so grateful to have them here.

I asked for a brake replacement in addition to new tires. They called me and said the brakes did not need replacing

In the last 25 or more years, I have not purchased tires from another business. If I had a problem, it was fairly and honestly addressed. I have occasionally looked at their competition, ie: pricing and tire ratings, just to be sure that my thinking was correct. Mike Trammel's method of doing business has always exceeded my expectations.

I have always had excellent and exceptional service with all of my vehicles. I have used them for years as does all of my family! They go the extra mile to make sure everything is in working order before you get back on the road!

While traveling from Michigan to Florida last fall we needed a tire mounted on our motorcycle trailer and were given nothing but a hassle by the big box store down the road from Big O. Mike had his guys remove,replace, balance, and remount the tire I had purchased elsewhere with no questions asked. We were back on the road in a matter of minutes. Absolutely the best service and customer service we have ever experienced & we are forever grateful. It was a pleasure doing business here and meeting Mike & his team. I had a scheduled appointment to get my car aligned , but it was greatly delay due to an issue with the previous car. The manager initially gave me half off the total price due to the inconvenienc. However, after looking at my car, which he explained was only slightly out of alignment, he aligned it and then didn't charge me anything at all.

Mike, Tim and the guys always provide service that is outstanding. They located the problems with my vehicle and provided recommendations for repair. The work was completed in a timely manner.
