The service was excellent. The arrangements that they helped me with, while the car was in the shop for two days was above and beyond.

During the past week this staff has provided service required as a result of chuckhole damage in the form of two bent rim replacements and necessary tire and wheel balance procedures. Great job.

Familiarity with my vehicle was great. I walked in and the person who helped me get tires ordered knew my tire size without looking at a computer. I said 2018 WRX and he asked “18 or 19 inch wheel”. I said 18 and he said ok so that’s a 245/40/18 right? He was right and said he knew his Subarus and this gave me confidence in the quality of service I would receive right away

I used Big O last week and the service and pricing were both great as always. I have both of my cars serviced at Big O and would not consider service, particularly tires, anywhere else. Mike and his staff are awesome.

Mike made a great recommendation on tires that meet my needs and we’re cheaper than ones I had selected online as well as had a better warranty!

Made an appointment to check my brakes, 83,000 miles on originals. Was told still had 20-30% or about 10,000 miles. Most shops would sell you something just for the profit, but not Big O. Honest service, sell you what you NEED.

Every time I visit this location, the workers have been friendly, patient, kind, always faster than expected, and willing to serve. From new tires, oil, changes, flat tires, tire coupling issues, and much else, this Big O has been phenomenal. Every person I’ve sent here as well becomes regulars just proving the quality of workmanship from the front desk to the workshop. Even with an overnight drop off they are done with the car early the next morning without an appointment during busy times. So impressed by this team!

drive 12 miles and pass local store to get quality services at b-burg store .when you get good service,why go any where else?
