I blew a tire on my trailer on my way to Brownsburg. I called talked to Mike he said he a had a new one. I show up at there shop and they installed right away,while I waited. Great service, very fair prices. I highly recommend them.

I asked for a brake replacement in addition to new tires. They called me and said the brakes did not need replacing

I visited this store this week and purchased tires for our van, was in and out quickly. Couldn't get an alignment due to previously scheduled appointments for other customers but they were able to get me in the next day. Again, I was in and out very quickly. I can't comment on how the tires are doing/or will do at this point but I couldn't have asked for better customer service from all involved.

I have been getting my car maintenance done by Big o in browsing for years. I moved out of town 7 years ago and still come back to this Big O. I have had tires to O2 sensors replaced here and I know the work is always done correctly. I highly recommend.
