Have been taking vehicles there for many years. Always great service and reasonable prices

Well they start at the time I scheduled my appointment and then got updates when they were done looking at my tire. The person on the phone told me clearly what the price is and then it was done in about an hour. It was great and I’m happy with the their ability to time management.

I took my car in w/ a flat tire & left it while I went to breakfast. The gentlemen found a nail in the sidewalk, & I knew I was due for tires (70,000 mi.). Had to order my tires, so next morning by 9:00, they had me fixed up! Super polite & very nice!!

I had a flat tire this morning and I went there at 6 in the morning at 8 they opened up and they were very grateful grateful they're very helpful and they had a smile on their face and I was done with in 20 minutes it is a wonderful place they are wonderful young men and very helpful and very kind I would recommend them to everyone.

Our tire started to go flat and we were 10 minutes from Brownsburg on our way from Iowa to Central Ohio. We managed to make it to Big O, expecting that we might have a long wait ahead of us (11 am on a Saturday). Instead, they immediately served us and we had 2 new tires installed within an hour. Pricing was clearly explained, and there was zero attempt to upsell us. In fact, they seemed to start the quote with the the cheapest tire available, and we asked for a more expensive model. As we were getting back into the car to resume our trip, we agreed that it could not have gone any better.

I am from out of town and came in with a nail in my tire at 5:58pm. Knowing they close any second I was worried about coming. Everyone in the store was so kind and accommodating. I am so thankful for their kindness!
