Been using Big O for over 25 years, extremely impressed with the knowledge of the entire Staff... from tires to brakes to oil changes and shocks, etc.

Tim and his team are definitely customer focused. His team up front are always professional and friendly. Always in uniform and look sharp. Tim is frequently up front attending to his client's needs. Tim's store is cleaner than many restaurants! Go Tim and Team! Much much better than Whitestown Big O Tire!

Always good service when I go there. I do wish their online tire options would show if they were special order or not. I have also liked tires before which showed them online but did not actually sell or stock when I got to the store to buy them.
