This is the second time that I have lost hubcaps after having new tires put on at Big O. Both times, the hubcaps came off within a couple miles after service -- and on the interstate, where I could not stop and retrieve them.

Bad experience with Big O Brownsburg

I hope to never step foot in this store again. Pure ignorance and negligence by everyone I dealt with. I asked if they had knowledge of installing a leveling kit on a $45,000 truck I just bought. They assured me they did. After $1700 in tires, leveling kit, and alignment, the truck rode HORRIBLE and alignment pulled to right. I figured out they didn't install part of the kit. I notified them and they acted stupid and tried to tell me my kit didn't come with it. Every kit comes with it. I checked the exact kit online. It had them. They said they would have to order it in. No contact for a week. I called and they said they got them yesterday but never called me. I scheduled truck in. I told them to install the parts, align it, and check the tires for vibration. When I picked it up they said they had no idea they were to check the tires. I was clear on that when I dropped it off. After getting it back, I checked the height. My front end was supposed to be 1.5-2" higher. It was the same height as when I first took it in. $450 leveling kit for nothing? The guy there told me the only way to get it higher was to cut the frame!!! I took my truck to an off road shop 45 minutes away. They showed me the rest of the kit was never installed, AND the alignment was NEVER done as the factory clips were still installed and they must be removed to align the truck. BIG O TIRES LIED TO MY FACE! I went back and told them what they had done. I asked how it was aligned with the clips on. Mike, the owner, just said "I guess it wasn't." That's it. He refunded the amount I paid the other shop to fix it. That was all. No apology. My tires still vibrate and it makes me sick to even think of dealing with them again. I wouldn't trust them to put air in my tires.

I'm so mad at this time, I came in for a oil change and got the bums rush. The fluids were not check. My wife had to call me and tell me the car was out of wiper fluid.I had to top off all fuilds. The staff said this was part of the oil change. And the tire psi was not checked and not rotated as promised. This is why I left Firestone I will keep looking.

I have now been to this store twice for tires for my Hyundai sonata and an alignment. They performed the alignment and could not align but charged me anyway. I complained to he mgr and was given a refund. I brought my car back to have my free wheel balance and rotate. they said it would be an \bout two hours so my daughter left the car we called back after 3 hours and car was still not in. we said we needed and are on way over they called and said car was complete. I noticed today that tire have not been rotated or any sign of balancing. this will be my last bad experience here

Tim is great to work with and I know when he suggests a tired that it's the one that with be the best..

I have been a brownsburg Big O customer since I was 16 years old and driving my first car. Recently I took my wife's Ford Focus in for front end suspension work. I was working with Tim to determine the problem, and he told me it needed new tie rod links and an axel boot. I have never questioned the validity of work and still do not. Unfortunately the problem that I originally brought it in for still exists. My wife came in on Monday and was told that Wednesday would be a good day to bring it in. We dropped her car off at 8am as she was instructed. I received a call at 11 am from Tim stating that nothing new could be found except that it needed an alignment. I ok'd that to be done and was told I would get a call when it was completed. My wife ended up calling back at 2 to see if it was ready and was told they had a mess with a mustang and her car was next and should be done in an hour. At 415 we called once again as we did need to have use of the car and Tim told her that they should be able to get it done before closing at 6 or might just schedule it for another day. It is now too late to get this persisting problem done somewhere else and it was her only day off this week. I will still be a Big O customer and hope this was an isolated incident but I am very disappointed to have this happen as I have been a long time customer and have come to expect better customer service from Big O.

I never take my car anywhere else. They are always fast, friendly, reliable and HONEST! I have been to other places who will upsell you and tell you that you need things you do not but I never feel like that here. Will always come to Big O Brownsburg!

I brought my 2004 Ford Taurus in for an oil change. I got home and gave it to my wife to drive. She calls me right away and says the car has no windshield wiper fluid. The car is complely out. The invoice said tire rotation wrong the tires where not rotated because front wheel brake dust was not disturb. I'm so mad about other missed items I will stop now.

When we got the truck back there was grease and soap on the wheel. and a couple of the center caps had chipped paint. I contacted the manager and he was very sorry for what had happened. Offered a oil change and a car wash, but I'm not sure I would trust them to do the job right. I trusted the 5 star rating. Just disappointed they didn't live up to that rating..

Had an appt but got in earlier. Always been satisfied with this Big O.

Just talked with the manger on my fuild top off issue. He was honest and said they do not check fuilds and air filter. So those of you that are like me and think this is being done it is not. I was a dealership mechanic for years and know what goes on in chain stores. I mark my tires so I know if they have been rotated and tape areas that if checked will break the tape. Just a FYI if your not into checking your own vehicles fluids and air filter you might have some else take a look for you.

Great place to have any service done on your vehicle, Mike at the Brownsburg, IN and his team all are amazing and so friendly highly recommend to any.

Big O tires done the service and done a fine and complete job

I walked in without an appointment and dropped off my van and it was done within 30 minutes. Mike was incredibly helpful and worked with me to get the service done
