I came in for a wheel balancing, and Big O mentioned my rear air shocks were leaking. I appreciated this info and scheduled the oil change which was due, and the shocks replaced. At that time I was given a quote for the work -- and the work was done in a timely manner. I dropped the car off and two and a half hours I received a call the work was completed. Mike has my business, because they are honest and friendly and the work is top notch. Always. I am so glad we found Big O Tires, close to home. I could not be happier.
