When I moved to Brownsburg I asked around town to find a service center you could trust to give great service. Several people told me Big O Tire. They said Mike always does a great job. I started taking my vehicles there and also both of my sons go there.That was 12 years ago and I have always been satisfied. Mike's Big O Tire is a great local business.

Big O has always been very professional, pleasant to deal with and prompt in their service.

We take three different vehicles to Big O in Brownsburg for most of our needs. They know our name and always give us a friendly greeting. Our latest visit was a week ago and the owner took great care of us.

People are friendly, Service is great and it is easy to get in and out of.

First off, you guys are always on top of mountain.I have suggested you guys to friends and family since the 1990's when I drove down from Logansport. I opted to have the Big - O branded tires onto my F250. Haven't had them long enough to judge them.This review is only about the customer service. I stopped by Thursday and was given a quote, Friday morning I dropped the truck off. My intentions were to just walk home, less then a mile. But your salesman stepped up and refused to let me walk home.He brought me home having great conversation all the way. A couple of hours later they had my truck all ready to roll. As always Mike and the rest of the gang made me feel like the customer matters.I always feel welcome when I walk into the store..

I have never had a problem trying to explain what was wrong. They are always so patient and kind. They are dependable. I have always been satisfied with each time I've bright y vehicle there. The staff is always friendly. I never feel intimidated or like I'm being cheated (which has happened at other places). Nothing but good things to say. :)
