I had my oil changed and tires rotated last week and Mike's guys did a great job again. I always feel comfortable that I will get great service at a great price. I have been in Brownsburg 15 years and started having all my vehicles serviced here. Both my sons take their vehicles there and I have recommended Big O Tire to many of my friends. You kind of feel like family when you go there. Thanks

I love Big O Tires in Brownsburg, they never make me feel like they are trying to take advantage of me just because I am a female. Tim and/or Mike always take the time to explain everything to me and everyone there is very helpful.

Took my wife's van for front end work back in the summer. Was very impressed with the customer service and the job they did. As I type this they are doing a major job on my car. I don't have to sit and worry if it will be done correctly. Would recommend anyone to get service done here.

The shop could have replaced parts not needing to be replaced and did not do so even though they knew they would get paid with no questions asked. Trust is so important.

I had (what I assumed) was a slow leak in a tire. I stopped by the Brownsburg, IN Big O Tire and asked if I could get my tire checked AND if they had time I would go ahead and get the tires rotated. they had my car up on the rack in a matter of minutes. Found a nail in the one tire. Did the repair. Rotated the tires. They came and got me in less than 30 minutes. I started to hand the guy my credit card....but was told there was no charge. What??? Thank you Big O Tire for your great service.

I’ve been going to this big O tire for several years now. This has got to be the most honest mechanic shoppe I have ever been to. I have been there many times when I thought the cost and work needing done was going to be twice what it was. They always tell me not to worry, it may not be as bad as you think. 90% of the time, they are correct.

Had an appointment and was even running late, got me in and out in very reasonable time
