Great service as always! Weve been going there for years and never disappointed!!

Well they start at the time I scheduled my appointment and then got updates when they were done looking at my tire. The person on the phone told me clearly what the price is and then it was done in about an hour. It was great and I’m happy with the their ability to time management.

I called and in a couple hours I had 2 new tires. Great service and quick!

Our tire started to go flat and we were 10 minutes from Brownsburg on our way from Iowa to Central Ohio. We managed to make it to Big O, expecting that we might have a long wait ahead of us (11 am on a Saturday). Instead, they immediately served us and we had 2 new tires installed within an hour. Pricing was clearly explained, and there was zero attempt to upsell us. In fact, they seemed to start the quote with the the cheapest tire available, and we asked for a more expensive model. As we were getting back into the car to resume our trip, we agreed that it could not have gone any better.

The service from Jake was impeccable! I was out of town away from my neighborhood repair center with a nail in my tire. I was in an out quickly. I will return and recommend this center to my family! Thank you for wonderful service!

I am from out of town and came in with a nail in my tire at 5:58pm. Knowing they close any second I was worried about coming. Everyone in the store was so kind and accommodating. I am so thankful for their kindness!

I went in 5 mins before closing. I had a tire going flat and they were super nice offered to put my spare on and I knew I was going to need tires soon. They gave me some options for my type of vehicle and I purchased new tires.I would highly recommend Big O in Brownsburg for tires.

I showed up 5min prior to closing with a metal piece in a tire. The guys working were super. I needed to replace my tire, but also had 63000 miles on the remaining tires. They explained my options and put 4 new tires on my car. Super nice guys working there.
