They checked the car. Gave me estimate of all that needed to be donr. Time estimate and ride home and back

They get me in and out as quickly as possible. They worked with me when I couldn’t pick up the car when finished.

I was leaving the next day for a vacation and had an issue with my battery. Big O handled and took care of me in spite of them being very busy.

The New Albany, IN store is the best. Always courteous. It's the only tire store my wife will go into. She never feels that she is going to get a hard sell or sold something she doesn't need. Very respectful employees at this store.

Mike was great as usual! There was another gentleman that assisted me as well that was very helpful. I had additional questions about my brakes and alignment that were answered. In a simple and easy to understand manner. Love Big O! Thanks for being a trustworthy business each time I visit.

Great service

People were polite and friendly

They diagnosed the car along with rotating the tires and balancing. Since we are covered with a warranty up until the car has 125,000 miles, we took it to Montgomery Chevy to have it fixed with us paying the $100 deductible. My husband changes our oil every 3500 miles. We did that with our previous auto Jeep Grand Cherokee and our son still drives that car.

They were professional, and honest

As always, the New Albany Big O team exceeded my expectations! It doesn't matter if you need a "free" tire rotation or you are paying big bucks for more serious issues, the customers are all treated the same and given the same excellent service. I recommend this particular Big O to everyone. It is the best!!!

We received exactly what we needed, timely, done correctly and friendly. We believe the personnel are experienced and knowledgable. They did not try to sell us a bunch of stuff we did not need, like the other tire stores (ken towery) by telling us things were bad that were not.

Danny took great care of me. My car was pulled in on time based on my appointment. My services were completed in an ample amount of time and I told about my services checked out and on my way in no time.

I have used big o many times. On this visit I needed tires. I went online and requested an apt. I was contacted almost immediately by Michael. We discussed options for tires. I was running late and called and they still honored my apt. I was greeted by Mike we decided on a tire. They called when they were done. When I checked out it was easy and fast. I dont recall name of guy at counter but he was kind and courteous to me and my husband. I will continue to come back.
