Good people and good service

I live in Louisville and I always travel to the New Albany store because it's always clean and the staff are very friendly and the service is always within accurate time.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do not try to get you to get something you do not need done.

Everyone was so friendly and service was very quick. I know I could go to the dealership for everything but when it comes to tires, whether it be purchase or repair, I always come to Big O.

The men at my new Albany location are professional and polite and friendly. They are capable and I have complete confidence in them.

I love this particular Big O. I do not know if they are all like Mike and his crew there, but they always do a great job, they are honest and I trust them and that is a huge point in the car repair industry.

Be going there for many of years will not go anywhere else

Once again a light came on my dashboarg and i once again stopped and asked the guys at BigO this time it was nothing a sensor issue they didnt charge me and i was once again on my way, minus one instrument warning ligh! You can count on Big O to do right by the customer!

I have always used this location. I feel as a women they treat me as they would treat their own family members. I have always received the best service. The people are so helpful, polite and friendly. This location is the best!!
