As expected experience. Quick. They add coupons even if you don't have one for that month.

Bought tires from TireRack and had them shipped into BigO-New Albany. I'm a repeat customer after previous excellent experiences. Tires were mounted and road force balanced in about an hour. Car was clean and treated well during it's visit. This is the 4th set of tires I've done with this process, and each time it's been a pleasure dealing with the personnel there. Pricing is inline with competitors, but I know it gets done right here, so I keep coming back.

Mr. Don King was very helpful, kind and treated me with respect. He took time to listen to me, then researched his inventory, and produced a tire with all of the required tread regulations.

The service representative was prompt on taking the vehicle in and called me later with the diagnosis. He went out of his way to make sure the tires were shipped to the store on a timely manor. He was very helpful and reassuring. Good people work at this store and they care about the customers. I will always take my business there and tell others to as well.

As a traveling home care therapist, my car is essential. I had run over some debris in the road and knew one of my tires was losing air. I have been a long time customer of big O and went to the location on State Street in New Albany, Indiana. It was about 2 o’clock and I explained that I needed to find out which tire had been damaged and repair or replace it so I could still see my next patient at 4 PM. I was given quick service and was out the door by 3:50 PM
