I had such a pleasant experience at this Midas location. I was nervous for my appointment since I just moved here to Tucson 2.5 months ago. I also have always had my car serviced by the same people at a shop in my hometown in Iowa. As a woman, entering the male-dominated space of car shops can make me feel uneasy, but that was not the case at Tanque Verde's location. Both Joe, who greeted me, and Jeff, the serviceman, were incredibly kind to me. They explained my car's issues in a way that I was able to understand as someone who doesn't know much about cars, but also not in a condescending way, which meant a lot to me. Jeff is also from Iowa, so it was easy to connect with him in that way, but also he has such a personable and genuine way about him. Same with Joe. It is very easy for me to say this is where I will be taking my car for the rest of my time living in Tucson. What a great team. So helpful, funny, and kind. Awesome dudes.

The management and repair staff on 09/14/2018 was different (new) compared to the crew I worked with months and years before. The new crew was huge improvement over the old one.I called to see if I could get in an oil change and front brake inspection. The

First of all this was my second visit at this location and both visits were truly awesome. On this visit Jeff the manager was very great at explaining the needs for my vehicle and keeping me updated with status reports. I will continue using them to service my vehicle.

First of all Jerome was very pleasant and always smiling during my initial visit. He made me feel comfortable about bringing my vehicle in for service. I was already telling my coworker about the awesomeness of the location and service even before i picked up my vehicle. He explained everything in detail and even asked if there was anything else i might need checked out before i left. I will be back no doubt about it. THANKS A MILLION JEROME! Your awesome.

Jeff the manager at this location is the BEST thing that’s happened here since the store opened! He holds both himself & all of his crew to the highest of standards. That’s a rare thing these days!

Always good, not pushy on needed work just advice what's needed in the future

The price was right for the service. I arrived on time, they were ready for me, and completed the service in a timely manner. The facility is an older one and shows its age, but it was clean.
