I had a positive experience at the 6th Ave Tacoma location. Ben was clear in describing what Midas could do as well as the pricing they offered for those tasks. Drop off was easy and the car was finished in a timely manner. I felt that they were professional all the way around and will definitely be going back for service.

Good job done but communication can be better

Bought a set of 4 Cooper tires and one TPMS Sensor was damaged. They were not careful with mounting the tires. Spent additional $ 110.00 to replace sensor. Shop didn?t want to own problem. No good service!

Efficient, timely and it appears to be in good order

Was told most cars $29 but then found out my filter was extra then $24 labor never had that added before. Then air cleaner which it needed but was $40 some dollars was giving a $10discount but could of gotten the air filter for $29 with year warranty. F

I was highly satisfied with my Midas experience. I scheduled a synthetic blend oil change for my Hyundai Elantra. The person who helped me explained the difference between the full synthetic and synthetic blend oil change. He ran down the price for what I was going to pay for my oil change, as well as gave me advice on a cylinder spark problem that I have been having. Overall, I would highly recommend Midas to my friends and family. Although the price was a little more than I expected, I thought that the price was satisfactory for the quality and service I was getting. Thank you, Midas, for my pleasant experience! Will be coming again in the near future.

Yesterday my husband got headlights fixed we have never paid labor charge over 150 for labor will not come back to be serviced.

Rep was super knowledgeable and able to fix my problem. I was great full that the parts were in stock and I could get the job completed that day.

As marked on previous questions, I was able to get an appointment quickly and my oil change was done quickly. I appreciated that I was presented with the option of purchasing less expensive tires, as I don't put very many miles on my car and only travel short distances.

Go to yelp to read my review seeing how it looks like they removed my 1 star horrible service review. Go figure.

Mitch and Ben were both extremely kind. Ben was able to get messed up lug nut removed and replaced with little damage to my rim, this saving me from buying a new rim. I appreciate everything from the customer service down to the hard work out in fixing my vehicle. I will always be back here for any car needs in the future. Highly recommend this location!
