Service was completed in a timely manner. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Seamless drop off and pick up. Safety check completed. A call to alert me that vehicle would be ready in 10 minutes allowed me to complete business and return for vehicle ready for pickup.

The office manager (Jonah perhaps?? From Oahu) was exceptional, the office was VERY busy between walk ins and phones but he communicated and checked in with everyone in the room. He brought oarts and filters in to show me wear before asking if I wanted to replace them. Additionally a part was found missing in my car when they were checking over it and they were able to send for parts and replace it while I was there which was a huge bonus.

The man that helped me with the safety check was very nice to me. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. Everyone on staff was laid back and professional. Will definately go here again

Rotation of tires is a big plus. Did the online service appointment n did not get a response so went in to shop n he said to check spam but was not there.was no problem to go in n was told I did have a appointment made
