Midas Waipahu is the only non-car dealer I allow to service my vehicles. Over 15 years ago a friend of mine (a true mechanic and vintage care refurbisher) recommended to me to use Midas Waipahu as they are the only honest service establishment he knew who were honest and fair. This location is busy and its evident by their interaction with customers, I can tell many are repeat customers, like me. They are quick to check in vehicles, managers assist check in in the am before other clerks come in and expedite vehicles so the technicians can start right away. I like the way technicians explain what needs to be done and show me pictures if necessary. So far all of their employees are friendly, courteous, and respectful of their customers. I believe that I can trust them to make sure my vehicle runs safely and they give me repair options and suggestions for my aging vehicle too.
