We been coming to Midas for our vehicle’s for about 5 years now & the people here are always so nice to us. Especially the 2 aunties in the office. We’ve never had any problems. Today, good customer service is hard to come by & that’s why we come here. And our most recent visit, we got our annual safety inspection done for our truck & it was done within 30 minutes. So awesome!!

Waited in the office area for some time before someone came in to service me. There were a number of workers outside but none came to assist me. Also the explanation of synthetic oil and regular oil was confusing with synthetic oil costing twice as much

Same long time staff - always honest, friendly and helpful.

I paid for an oil change. It included a tire rotation which I did not receive and I wanted the tire pressure checked and set to 35 lbs. I did not get this either. I got an excuse that they can't mix costco nitrogen with air. Which is totally untrue.

The mechanic took the time to explain to me a complex problem with my car that could possibly be an easily fix and how I could save money!
