Service is quick and fast. They always do a great job

I came in for routine oil change and they found much more extensive damage on my new pre-owned car. I was able to bring it back to the dealership based on their findings. I'm am so so grateful.

As a first time customer, it was easy to locate the business, drop off was seamless as I was the first customer after lunch and my car was serviced right away. I went for lunch across the street and soon as I finished my meal, I got a call that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was presented my bill and advised to change my tires as they were wearing a little thin. I was not pressured for any other services, which I appreciated as I find that very off putting. I was done in an hour; a stark contrast to my previous appointment with another company where I waited for hours, even with an appointment. I will definitely recommend Midas to other family members and friends & return for future services when needed.

At the time we called in wanting to know if they do offered wheel alignment, they responded yes and that they had availability to service our car. After we dropped off our vehicle we left walking around the neighborhood to grab something to eat, they did call us not too long after to notify us that another service needed to be performed in order to proceed for the wheel alignment and that they have the parts in stock, they told us the price adjustment and authorized them to go ahead with the service. Service was done in a good timely manner. Everything was good, thank you

Keep up the good customer service

It was really easy to find the service I needed online and then get a quick reply to confirm the appointment. It was reasonably priced and the staff was friendly. Check in was quick and the service was completed sooner than expected.
