I was very pleased with Brent with regards to questions I had about my vehicle. He was honest, upfront and thorough with me when i had concerns about certain repairs that were suggested on my vehicle and that i appreciate he was able to follow up with me and save me $$$.

I appreciate the immediate attention and action to have a replacement brought over from another Midas shop. I was a bit disappointed though in being charged for the replacement (with a *$30 discount) while I had paid for the protection package on this Goo

My safety inspection was expiring. This was my first time needing an inspection in Hawaii. I called around some places were 2 weeks out, While on line I found a Midas coupon. Showed up 7am Monday morning. Left my vehicle. About 12:30 received a call it was ready.
