Manager checked me in and went over the needs of my vehicle. Also checked with me abou the other concerns such as windshield wipers, lights etc. I thought that was very nice since most people never pay attention to that minor stuff until it is too late.

They lost my registration form!!! Caused a huge hassle with the safety and lack of care with my insurance and registration form. Now we have to make a special trip to the DMV, because they lost the registration form.

I had a screw in my tire and I called to see if they could check the tire to see if it could be patched or replaced. They said to come in and they would see if they could help me. They took me right away and patched the tire.

"Went to changed my passenger window motor and the price they quoted me on the part was $245.99 & labor for $140. I am not disputing the labor, but have concerns over the part price. When I looked up online, the price is way cheaper like $100plus cheaper t"

I initially brought my car into Midas to have them diagnose and repair an issue I was having with a low humming noise when I turned my steering wheel. They told me the issue was caused by the Rack-N-Pinion so it needed replacing to correct my sound issue
