Long wait but nice people!

Making an appointment and checking in was easy. They completed the oil change in a timely manner.

It was just ok. I just want them to let me explain more information.

Whenever I call to make an appointment, they are always able to schedule me within a day or two. When I get to appointment, I never have to wait, they are very thorough snd explain any questions snd concerns that I have. When I have stopped by without an appointment, I am always greeted with a warm smile snd they are happy to assist me with why I came. You have a great staff at the Beretania location!

First, the staff. From first contact by phone, to schedule my appointment to my keys being handed to me, after the work was done. It was my first visit, during Covid, that I felt blessed to have found a Midas, since moving back to town. Then, I was genuinely appreciative of the knowledge and efficiency of the staff. Awesome! Mahalo

The service was ok. They did change my oil but my wiper fluid stopped functioning after I took it to Midas probably won't come back anytime soon.

not everything that was said was done. On the final paper it said wiper fluid filled but it never was. It is still empty

I really appreciate that while i didnt have an appointment the staff at midas were very friendly and helpfult to get me on my way!

I scheduled an appointment for the morning and arrived at 8am. I told them straight up that I have a test in the afternoon that I needed to get to. I came back after an hour and a half expecting my car to be nearly finished, but the mechanic was too busy eating donuts to work on my car while they were waiting for a part to be delivered. So I had to wait an additional three hours for them to finish which made me late to take my exam and I was only allowed to take half of it.

"On May 30, I took my 2017 Honda Fit for an oil change. What a surprise! I told the manager that I had a coupon but did not bring it. He offered no sympathy and paid no attention to my plead. I should have gone to my Honda dealer. Midas offered curtesy"
