I moved here from Lynnwood. Previously went to Midas there and Port Orchard Midas.My 3rd best friend is my car and they treated her well.

They always do a phenomenal job. I notice I've interacted with the same staff over the last couple of years, which gives me a greater connection to coming back. This location has good, hardworking people. They should be treated and compensated well for the service they provide. I am impressed by their communication. They are matter of fact, kind, and knowledgeable.

The people at the ohio street midas were fantastic!They totally check out the car and found things that needed fixed and fixed things that others did wrong so that i could have a safe and well running car. They showed me exactly what was needed so i knew i was not being lied to like other shops had done. I would reccomend this car shop to every one.

I was able to schedule an appointment easily and timely. Cory was friendly and offered assurance that his mechanics would do a thorough inspection. There was a recommendation for future service (rear shock absorber replacement) with a reasonable timeline and no hard sell. Highly satisfied all around.

I made an online appointment the same day. I was contacted promptly when they opened that my first choice wasn’t available but offered another time slot and I was able to bring it in that day. The car was done in about an hour. Cory was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. Thank you!
