As always I received the best of services for my auto and the great people were kind and professional

The wait time was fairly short as I just waited in the nice lounge the location had. The front desk service was superb and everything was clearly communicated and the results were as expected. No problems thus far from you guys!

There staff and customer service is always great. They do good work and if there is any problem they quickly resolve it.

I appreciate the simplicity of arranging my services with Midas. I do not feel pressured to buy additional services or items. If there are issues, they are clearly communicated. I would prefer to have services like replace air filter offered instead of just telling me it is dirty on the inspection report though!

I really appreciate being able to call the day before & get my truck in for its oil change quickly. The service is always fast & very professional & I love that they do a basic inspection & let me know if something like the air filter needs replaced & they have the part on hand if it does.
