Midas

Like my last review, I am not impressed with Midas at all, specially their diagnostics and also prices.

The Midas on Seaside has been taking care of my 2001 Honda CR-V for over 12 years now. They are courteous and honest about what services are recommended or needed. They know their customers and their cars. Thank you.

They are courteous but I doubt the professionalism of their team. They told me absolute no leakage while next day I observed few drops of oil. Took it back to them and then it all started.

It says my vehicle was serviced but there was no service performed. I had the part I needed replaced in the front seat, and was told that it was not A replaceable part, and when I said it was, they said they didnt have the part and it needed to be ordered through the dealer.

It is now 5:55pm and no one is answering the Seaside Midas phone. I started this call at 5:50 pm. I have called 3 times in the last 1 and 1/2 hours about my ride to the store to get my car. I have repeated been told the drive is on the way. Now no car for

Staff is extremely pleasant, professional and accomodating. They discovered that the special muffler ordered wasn't correct and that a stock muffler would work instead, saving me $150!

Midas fell well short of the service they would like to provide. Not sure I will return.

Staff always very friendly and helpful and work completed efficiently with allquestions (if any) answered.

Very quick to help an emergency brake replacement. Needed it within a day and they did a great job!

They explained everything which what they were looking for and more with the brakes and drums. They did a fine job.
