I was at your shop to fix what I thought was a gas leak on 2006 Chevy Silverado. After having my truck for more than a week the shop here in Saratoga New York finally told me I needed a new gas valve solenoid . The total cost for parts and labor is $500

A problem caused by our car’s dealership was identified by Frank and Tina. The issue was written in detail so I could return the car to the dealership to rectify the problem the dealership caused.

Mislead me when they told me that my air compressor and ac hose didn't need to be replaced even though I noted that the compressor was making noise and the crimped connection to the main ac hose was clearly leaking with dye marks under the hose from the dye in the test coolant. Now as of 6/12/17 they want to charge me a grand to change the compressor and ac hose when a month and half ago they were showing signs of troubles and I was told they were still in good condition. Friendly and competent

"Brought my old 1999 Taurus (233.000 miles) in to replace a tire and get an oil change. The next day when I started the car I noticed the ""Service engine"" light was on.... Is that standard after you service my car ? What did you do to my car?"

Parking lot had 1 car in it and there were two vehicles inside being worked on. Stopped in to have an oil change and the gentleman at the counter was talking to his friend about racing cars. I stood there for 6 minutes and the guy completely ignored me.
