The flow of service was very efficient from making the appointment, to getting the job done and picking up my car. During minimal wait time, the atmosphere was comfortable, and welcoming. Little things like the coffee and music/ tv in the lobby made it feel like the customer’s comfort is valued. Tina delivered upbeat personalized service like a champ during an extremely busy inspection day, and represented the mechanics/ staff behind the scenes in a positive light, with a genuine aim to please. I was left with a solid impression of professionalism and neighborhood friendliness.
