I use Midas for all my car issues. I’ve never had a problem with getting an appointment, with the service provided or the cost. Tina is especially helpful as I am a senior and freak out every time I have a car issue which is always solved by your staff. I always refer anyone who is having trouble to Midas.

Because they were nice to me and fixed my car’s brakes. They communicated with me throughout, gave me their honest opinion about my air filter rather than just telling me I had to fix it, and were generally genuine and productive.

Tina answered my call from the road and helped me schedule an appointment the very next day. She explained that no work would be done until there was an evaluation of the problem and I had been consulted as to how to proceed. I dropped off the car and it work was completed quicker than I thought after my approval. I was amazed at how efficient the process was. No one tried to upsell me on anything, although then Frank did mention that I have to purchase new front tires before snow season. That was thoughtful.
