Big O Tires

I took my truck into Big O Tires as I replaced my inner and outer tie rods and upper and lower ball joints. On May 5th I called Big O and explained what I did and they told me that the alignment would be $59.95 and I could drop it off at any point that day. I headed over to Big O and of course my alignment was terrible and so I again explained the situation and even showed them a picture that my steering wheel was turned to the side in order to go straight, I was again told that it would be $59.95 to align it. Fast forward 6 hours and I drop off my wife to pick up my Silverado and she called me a few minutes later. She informed me that the invoice showed $59.95 but it was crossed out and $79.95 was written in it's placed. She told me that the tech informed her that he had called me and verified it was okay which was a lie. She also informed me that he said that with how far out my alignment was that they couldn't get it perfectly straight. I then proceeded to call Big O and I was transferred to the tech that did my alignment and he said that due to how far out my alignment was that he was charging me the extra and I couldn't do anything about it. I asked him why I wasn't called to verify this but he refused to answer my question and eventually hung up. I then called back and demanded to speak to the Manager and I explained him the situation, he informed me that the tech said he called me and verified it was okay which was a lie. I informed the manager of this and he ended up refunding me the extra $20 that was charged. A few minutes later my wife called me again, she had turned into our neighborhood and my truck started to violently shake so she pulled off to the side. I immediately headed her way and crawled under my truck to see that my drivers side outer tie rod end nut was missing and so of course my tie rod end popped out. I looked at the tie rod end on the other side and that nut was loose and of course no cotter pins were inserted to help hold them. I called the shop back and I was told that it was not there problem. I am very grateful that the tie rod end popped out when my wife was going just a few miles an hour instead of being on the freeway as someone would have more than likely been killed. I then had to order a new tie rod end nut online, rendering my truck useless for 4 days and my alignment is not very straight either so I am going to have to take it to another shop and get it aligned again. I am blown away at my mistreatment at your shop as I have never been treated in such an awful way.

My new to go place

Don't go to Big O Tires for any reason other than absolute emergency. (1) Had trailer wheel bearings repacked and all studs replaced-they forgot 2 dust caps had to go back. (2) flat repair on my pick up.- steering wheel shakes because the knocked off a wheel wieght.had to go back (3) had 4 brand new tires mounted on trailer.One has slow leak and allways have to go to the gas station and fill.now I have to take the trailer back...ugh what a head ache

I went in for an oil change and when I got home my truck had oil pouring out from under the front end of the motor. Checked the dipstick and no oil showing! So I put couple quarts in and drove it back. They did fix the problem, but then stood there and lied to my face about what was wrong! If they had said my guy got in a hurry and just made a mistake and it's fixed, I would have had no problem with that. But to tell me that the drain plug had a bad seal and it was dripping when I lost 2 quarts that fast and the oil was on the front of the motor? I'm not an idiot! Told me the oil pan pressurizes when you shut off the motor and that's why it leaked so much, lol. STOP LYING to people about your simple mistakes! I know the oil was coming from the filter, not sure if he just didn't tighten it or left the old o-ring on there with the new filter, but don't BS me!!! Don't think I will go back!! And I have used them for 4yrs, SAD!!!

Got the job done today. Major job for brakes and rotors.

This location has serviced multiple vehicles in my family. I find them to be incredibly integrity laden and honest. The work is always well done and in my opinion they go beyond the normal call of duty to make sure their customers are taking care of
