My favorite tire store. All the employees are great. They always get me in and out quickly.

I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff at the Big O Tires. They gave me all the options and were so clear and straight forward. They even helped me get a deal by getting a wheel at the junk yard since they didn’t have any in stock. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely felt like I could trust them!

Big O Tires, here on fairview in meridian. Did seem to-do a great job balancing all 4 of my new tires. They helped explain to me why dry rot is very dangerous, i knew my tires were dry rotted before i baught the car from a dealer. Also had gotten a Brake Fluid Flush done on my car and my brake pedal feels much smoother, as well as my clutch. They did an excellent job overall, but not a 5/5 Rating, because they don't fallow Big O's Online pricing, which means i paid more for my tires.

Super kind When I had arrived. They had everything ready before I showed up and was able to start working on my car right away. Was done fast and efficiently. Great costumer service too.

Ihad to return to have my brakes checked after they replaced them but was able to get the problem resolved with their help

This location is so great! The Associates are wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. They explain everything very well and make sure you are comfortable with the service. They have a can do attitude. Marco and Ryan are the Best!

Bought wheels and snow tires last year. Took them down to Big O and had them mounted for this season. They had them swapped out with the all seasons before I was halfway through my magazine! Great job!

As previous jobs they’ve done for me, service is great. Prices are still high in my opinion, but they’re definitely lower than the dealer!

We had been going to Big O in Meridian since we moved to Meridian in 1994, and had always been very pleased with the service we received. We always recommended Big O to friends, confident they would only be quoted what was needed, nothing more. We still feel that way, but after our last experience we have taken our business elsewhere, i.e. new tires and brakes for our car most recently. We had new struts put on our 2010 Traverse back in February of 2018 by Big O. I know, why wait until now to post a review. It's because every day that I drive the car I am reminded of my displeasure with the service we received. Every since the day we got the car back, there has been a rattle in the front driver's side. My husband took the car back to explain that we are hearing this rattle, and he told them to drive it and they would hear it. When he picked the car up he was told they couldn't find anything that would be causing the rattle and in fact they didn't hear it. A few months later, after this driving us both nuts, me mostly since I drive it 90% of the time, and have to go through a large parking lot slowly every day at work (which is the only time you hear the rattle), I took it in myself and explained we are still hearing the rattle, which began as soon as we had the struts replaced. I told Kevin that you can only hear it when you drive slowly through a parking lot, or similar situations. Kevin took it back, looked it over, drove it I think, and came back to tell me that "he didn't hear a rattle, and couldn't find nothing that THEY did which would cause a rattle". In other words, not our problem or we must be hearing things. I asked him if he took it out to drive, slowly, like I explained to him, and he said he had. We take our car to be serviced where we bought it, Dennis Dillon. When we explained the rattle situation to them when we took it in for an oil change, they searched high and low, went above and beyond, and did find where the driver's side strut was "a little loose" and they tightened it up for us at no cost, and we had no rattle for about six months, until it started doing the exact same thing again, which makes one wonder if they were installed properly. Needless to say, we haven't been back to Big O since February 2018, other than the two times when they couldn't hear the rattle and couldn't find the problem that has been driving us nuts for a year and a half.

The guys are always courteous and keep me informed. But the main thins is that I trust them to not rip me offf.

I had my front brakes done recently and had to return to have them worked on AGAIN.I was told the reason my brakes were squeaking and pulsitating was because they were made in China and this was typical problem. Now i am just a little upset because there are brake pads out there made in America and could be used, this is Big O chouice to buy and use sub standard brakes. I chose to use Big O as they are a locally owned store however i am starting to regret using them as i several other choices near my home.

They did a great job for a decent price.

For more than 40 years I have purchased tires, brake service, alignment, etc. Although I understand that the winter can have a importance on people needing things done for the car. I also think that customer service should be shared as first come first served especially if you're a long time customer. I started my "adventure" this last Tuesday by being on hold too long. I called again and before I was put on hold asked if anyone could give me a price on tires. I never received a call back. I called again and only then was I helped. It is now Friday, the tires , $1,100, were to be in and ready this morning. I chose to go to the store and found they hadn't had the time to get to them. When I asked to get my tires and wheels back, I was assured that they would be taken care of shortly. I think it very important to take care of good standing customers sooner than later. I do understand that everyone is in a hurry to be helped first but everyone should be ready to wait in line and the first person be served first, not last. Even though after this sale I will have over $3,000 of tires and wheels on my truck and car from Big O, I believe next time I will try another business!? I will add, I took off work early Thursday afternoon to drop off my old tires and wheels so they would have them.

I was able to drop my vehicle off the night before and they called me when finished. Each employee seemed to be happy working here. Very friendly staff.

Beyond frustrated. My car was supposed to be repaired over the weekend. Now it's almost been a week, and I still don't have my car back. Lack of communication, and an inability to take responsibility for your actions, of any kind, have led us to this conclusion. I will never bring a vehicle of mine here to be serviced. Also, I will never recommend you to anyone.

I applied for a big o credit card decided that morning to head down to the store and see what I could do for my Honda accord. Not only did Marco quote us a price he had them in stock and we were able to get new tires the same day only waited 3 hrs total
