The person that answered the phone when I called about tires was very helpful and gave me a quote for better tires and a lower price than your competitors. When I got to Big O the same person was there and they were very nice to deal with and everything went smoothly.

I've been coming here for years. Always a pleasant experience. Honest, friendly employees!

I have been going to Big O to have my car services, new tires, etc. for decades. I have to say not all locations are equal. The one in Meridian, Idaho has never let me down. Very professional, always helpful and friendly. It did not mater if I needed tires, oil change, windshield wiper blades, tire rotations, a new battery or just to ask about new noises. They have always been there for me!

Overall it was a pleasant experience and was in and out in a timely manner. The selection was great and the employees are friendly and very welcoming and helpful.

Staff is always friendly and very sharing advice when I have questions, even noting attention to possible issues forthcoming.

My kiddos tire kept going flat, and they fixed it and rotated their tires. All free of charge!

Straight forward purchase and installation. No delays. Tires were not in stock when shopping. They came in when promised and were installed when I arrived without a scheduled appointment. U have been here before and will most likely return.

Big O in Meridian Idaho changed my tires quickly and gave me a good percentage on the two tires I traded in, and a good deal on the two tires I bought.

Rotated my tires that I bought 3,000 miles ago. Good service. They reported a missing lug nut and the stud needed replaced. No one has touched the tires, lug nuts or anything else in that area. It was not mentioned or recorded when I bought the tires or I would have had it fixed then. Ken told me to schedule a time next week (they were booked up that day) and he would take care of it. Nice guy and the kind of great service you would expect from Big O.

Fair competitive price, great service

I had a dash light coming on and I was loaning my vehicle for a long trip. Had it serviced and felt confident loaning out the vehicle because I knew any problems had been resolved to MY satisfaction,

I was greeted warmly. All questions answered. Everyone was friendly. I will definitely go back for future tires.

I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff at the Big O Tires. They gave me all the options and were so clear and straight forward. They even helped me get a deal by getting a wheel at the junk yard since they didn’t have any in stock. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely felt like I could trust them!
