I have been going to Big O to have my car services, new tires, etc. for decades. I have to say not all locations are equal. The one in Meridian, Idaho has never let me down. Very professional, always helpful and friendly. It did not mater if I needed tires, oil change, windshield wiper blades, tire rotations, a new battery or just to ask about new noises. They have always been there for me!

The pricing, for 4 tires, great service, and the Manager remembered me from previous purchases. I used to be Les Schwab loyal, but they are not honest with their clientele. I have already recommended Big O to family and friends based on my experience. Marco and others are very trustworthy and customer focused. That earns MY brand loyalty. Also… Post sale feedback… The ride and quietness of the tire are exceptional on my Infiniti.

Staff is always friendly and very sharing advice when I have questions, even noting attention to possible issues forthcoming.

I really like how personable everyone is at this location. I've always received great service and have come in before on short notice asking to get my brakes checked for a trip. They were great and fit me in. I expected to pay but they didn't charge me

My kiddos tire kept going flat, and they fixed it and rotated their tires. All free of charge!

They were able to get me and serviced within an hour with no appointment time made ahead of time. Staff were responsive and friendly and laid our options clearly.

Big O in Meridian Idaho changed my tires quickly and gave me a good percentage on the two tires I traded in, and a good deal on the two tires I bought.

Rotated my tires that I bought 3,000 miles ago. Good service. They reported a missing lug nut and the stud needed replaced. No one has touched the tires, lug nuts or anything else in that area. It was not mentioned or recorded when I bought the tires or I would have had it fixed then. Ken told me to schedule a time next week (they were booked up that day) and he would take care of it. Nice guy and the kind of great service you would expect from Big O.
