Everyone was friendly. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and they let me know my brakes were in poor condition. They were able to schedule me right away to a day and time that was convenient. Thank you!!

Received fabulous service from Big O Tires in Meridian. Marco. R went above and beyond to get our truck the appropriate tires before leaving on a last minute road trip (right before the holiday and a snow storm). They were very professional and made sure to have the job done on time! Will definitely be returning for future services.

Great service, speedy

I recently had my oil changed and had my tires rotated as well as an alignment due to hitting a giant pothole in road construction. They spin balanced my tires and all of it was very affordable and the Meridian Store could not be any better... after having bad experiences with other tire shops in town over the years I have finally found my home for tires and oil changes!! The guys are like family to me!! And if the repairs are out of my budget they accept the RC Willey credit card!! What more could you ask for?

Since I am aquainted with the people who work at my local Big O, the service and prices I receive are very competitive and I can see no reason to go anywhere else.

I came the day before after Discount Tires treated me with very bad customer service and sending me to Nampa for a tire not suitable for my car. After fixing my flat they didn't even bother to install my tire and I had to drive home with my spare tire in place. I stopped at your store and Joel took care of having my tire installed right away.

I ended up spending more than I expected, but I appreciated getting the service that I did. I went in for a oil change and rotating my tires, but found out that my tires were in need of replacement. I am a widow and depend on your service to keep my car safe, I now have the peace of mind to know that my car is safe. and I feel that I was given the best deal for my money.

I have been going to the Meridian location for at least a couple years now and the team is always kind and friendly. I like that I can schedule my appointments online.
