Great service, speedy

For the past 20 years this is my go to shop for tires, wheels and service. They have always been pleasant and professional. When I've been is need of special assistant they have gone out of there way to accommodate me.

This store is close to my home. I've been going to the store for years and they are always helpful.

Just walked in and got a new set of tires today for under $300. They replaced, balanced, and did all very fast (about an hour I think). These guys are great I highly recommend them.

I came the day before after Discount Tires treated me with very bad customer service and sending me to Nampa for a tire not suitable for my car. After fixing my flat they didn't even bother to install my tire and I had to drive home with my spare tire in place. I stopped at your store and Joel took care of having my tire installed right away.

I love these guys! I had a flat tire took it to them they took care of me with great speed courtesy and ability. I highly recommend them to one and all.

I have been going to the Meridian location for at least a couple years now and the team is always kind and friendly. I like that I can schedule my appointments online.

We had an issue with our BMW. At another store they did not bring up the options surrounding Run Flat and Non Run Flat tires. Marco was very helpful and we are very satisfied with the tires we purchased.

This location and the staff there always take such great care of us. Marco and his staff are wonderful and super respectful and responsive. They communicate very well and look for solutions instead of just tell you about the problems. I continue to be a dedicated customer at this location. Thank you.

The pricing, for 4 tires, great service, and the Manager remembered me from previous purchases. I used to be Les Schwab loyal, but they are not honest with their clientele. I have already recommended Big O to family and friends based on my experience. Marco and others are very trustworthy and customer focused. That earns MY brand loyalty. Also… Post sale feedback… The ride and quietness of the tire are exceptional on my Infiniti.
