Jeff has been a manager there for many years. He works hard, is honest and takes care of repeat customers. Doug is also a very good employee.

Lance to the rescue again! We needed new tires and Lance got us all set up with a competitive price! With the great service you always provide & warranty I never feel comfortable about going anywhere else. The staff was prompt on letting us know when the vehicle was completed & it drove off like a dream. We really appreciate Jesse and Lance taking the time to figure out our brake dysfunction. Ended up being a tweek and clean but it was taken care of and we appreciate the great communication and the time they took to jump in the vehicle and feel/hear it for themselves. We are regular/dedicated customers to this specific Big O and appreciate the great service that is provided. We also appreciate their honesty if something needs done or not!! They are not always making you open your wallet if something isn't wrong and we appreciate the honesty!! That's what makes us returning customers!! Thank you......
