I came in about 5 minutes to closing time needing to replace a tire. They accepted my business without even a sideways glance and took care of my car immediately. They got me a great value on tires and had me on my way in about 40 minutes. Thanks for excellent service.

The old tires still had mileage left on warranty and Big O honored that without any red tape. It was a nice smooth transaction.

The customer service is really good. Staff communicates clearly to folks like me that don't understand vehicles. I appreciate that they don't push me to do anything but provide honest advice on maintenance and make it easy to understand.
