Big O Tires

The staff at Big O is always extremely helpful, they go out of their way to help us to get any thing done in any of our vehicles and always try to give us a good deal. I always recommend anyone I know to go to the Big O in Ammon since we have built a good relationship with them.

I’m on a trip and this location took care of me. Helped me not spend thousands of dollars that another competitor has trying to force me to do. This location deserves 5$ raises or a huffy bonus. When ever I’m in Ammon Idaho I’ll get my services done there. Our niece is in rexbreg and told her to go to Big O.

I loved that I could make an appt. online! And the man that wrote out the order and helped me was professional and helpful. He did his best to get me the most for my money. I appreciated that immensely. The work was done in a timely manner. I don't have any complaints!! I don't know about the cleanliness - I didn't even look - I was in a terrible hurry with my daughter getting married the next day.

My brakes were squealing and I thought I needed them changed out. I brought my truck in on very short notice and they took it called me about an hour later and said my brake pads were just fine. Nothing wrong with them at all. They had an opportunity if they wanted to to really screw me over but they were very open and honest about what the problem was. I appreciate the integrity.

Jeff from big O was great. Wanted to help me out so bad that he sold me the rims off of his wives Denali. Got me out of trouble.

It was very easy to get everything completed, & Big O completed my service in a very timely manner.

There was a bit of confusion when I came in, although my appointment was approved through my email I wasn't called. The online appointments are approved by people in the store and not some call center across the country so the associate who approved it was there and the matter was quickly taken care of and I was in and out during an extremely busy time.
