Big O Tires

The staff at Big O is always extremely helpful, they go out of their way to help us to get any thing done in any of our vehicles and always try to give us a good deal. I always recommend anyone I know to go to the Big O in Ammon since we have built a good relationship with them.

I loved that I could make an appt. online! And the man that wrote out the order and helped me was professional and helpful. He did his best to get me the most for my money. I appreciated that immensely. The work was done in a timely manner. I don't have any complaints!! I don't know about the cleanliness - I didn't even look - I was in a terrible hurry with my daughter getting married the next day.

Cody is awesome, I can’t phone calls so he made sure I was updated on everything via text. Makes life easier. This is why I come back

Jeff took the time to find the best tires for me and my car needed work done it. He called Wally’s auto for me to see if my car had warranty parts on my car. Indeed it did so I was pleased with his willingness to work with me. Always have a wonderful service at this big O thanks so much

Great group of guys.

I dripped my car off for tires and brakes. During the process they called me multiple times to ask if I wanted to do rotors with the brakes among other things. They also called and asked if it is okay if the car can stay the night and told if it wasn't they would stay late and finish it that day.

There was a bit of confusion when I came in, although my appointment was approved through my email I wasn't called. The online appointments are approved by people in the store and not some call center across the country so the associate who approved it was there and the matter was quickly taken care of and I was in and out during an extremely busy time.

Bought my tires there and they have always treated me good.

The employees were great! They got my new tires on fast and were very nice!

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to get my tires rotated. They found my brakes were shot so they contacted me, explained the price etc. I also asked about refurbishing my headlight covers because I couldn’t see at night. Everything was done timely. I do need to come back for back brakes and I will schedule that.

We love Big O. They take great care of us and we always feel that we get good service and competitive pricing.
