Lance and all the guys working there appear to have knowledge and fun and are courteous to answering questions while working on the car. I appreciate their knowledge skills and abilities and this is coming from somebody who makes a living in the customer service industry for the past 25 years. Thanks guys keep up the great work

Friendly and respectful got me in and out

As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by friendly service personnel. It was time to rotate my tires and I asked them to check to see if I needed an alignment on my vehicle. Was not necessary and no charge to check. Thank you Big O for keeping my vehicle maintenance on track.

They were great and fit me into the schedule as I walked into the office. They were kind and ready to help me.

Took care of my 2000 Excursion (4 new Bigfoots) on Tue and then all 4 new on my 1978 Ford F250 on Wed. Both were walk-ins and you had me done within 3 hours on both. Also, I had ordered an alignment for both, but when you checked the Excursion you called to let me know it checked out fine and didn’t need one. Less honest folks could have taken advantage of me on that. And with the 78, after aligning, the steering wheel was off center and your tech took care of that on his own and at no charge. Been doing business with this store for over 20 years now and have no plans to change!

Always have a great experience here. Even when the day's not the best (which is probably why I'm there in the first place) I'm always treated with respect & understanding by knowledgeable, compassionate employees. My Dad went there all his life & encouraged me to go. 3 years ago, before he died of wounds he'd received in the Korean War, he told me to always mention his name & they'd go out of their way for me. And he was right. But I think they make every customer feel that way. My family won't ever go anyplace else!
