Big O Tires

I have been a Big-O customer since my early 20's. Never in 24 years have I had a problem until my last visit on August 7th when I brought my 2007 Cadillac STS with 69,000 miles on it in for an oil change. I was leaving to go home to Coeurdalene the following day and as always I had them do my car. Only this time someone left grease prints all over my drivers side door and seat and steering wheel and worst of all tore the rubber seal in 2 different spots on my drivers side door. After 4 hours of argument with owner Jeff And being accused of only wanting money (when I make a six figure salary myself) he paid my the $205 to have this repaired - I however did pay for my $99 oil change because I'm a good person. Now for the last 3 weeks my V8 engine has not had power and was registering a code with the check engine light on! Guess what?? The professional I took it to here in Coeurdalene said the last place to change my air filter (Big O Tire in Ammon) didn't put the cover on so this whole time I've been sucking dirt into my intake - I have a clean filter and a bunch of dust where it shouldn't be. Yes of course I took pictures and I called - and Jeff was as ugly as ever claiming this had nothing to do with his shop - he's lucky I don't sue him. My advice - go somewhere else ... go to Northgate Mile Big O or Les Schwab because this guy has irresponsible dummies working for him and Jeff doesn't want to take care of his customers. Let's see if I get reimbursed my oil change, the fuel economy I lost for the last 3 weeks and the aggravation of putting up with him!

They are friendly and knowledgeable

Honestly, everything went well for the appointment. Everything was PERFECT with my car before I went in to Big O. The day afterwards, my heater stopped working and a couple weeks later, the engine started overheating and I blew a head gasket and now have to put almost 2,000 dollars into my car. I went in to talk to them about it and they said it was "just a coincidence" that those things happened after an oil change. He told me it's happened multiple times where he will do an oil change and something will go wrong afterwards. I think that's an indicator that THEY ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG. I will never go back here and I will definitely be telling everyone I know to stay far away from them.

This employees at this location of Big O are very friendly and helpful. They know our names and vehicles and provide the highest customer service. We will definitely continue to bring all of our vehicles here.

My son bought 4 new all weather tires on Wednesday from your place of business. When we came out of a movie on Thursaday night all but one was almost flat. Luckily my grandchildren were not with us in the bitter cold and we were able to make our way to a nearby station where we spent $2.50 making the tires safe enough to get home. I myself have always gone to Commercial Tire and after the service my son recieved at your store my tire purchases will continue at this professional place of buisness. And you can be assured I will share my story with everyone I know. You are very lucky my grandchildren were not in that vehicle or this Grandma would be on your door step first thing tomorrow morning You should be ashamed.

Installer failed to install dual rear air filler hardware...just left it flopping. Big O in colorado had to repair it.

The staff is very nice to deal with, especially Steven he got me in quickly and called me promptly after my tires were done. I had trailer tires mounted and I was very surprised and quite pleased to find they had balanced them, which a lot of places won’t do and I forgot to ask for. I was quite impressed with that.

The entire Staff seems to be very knowledgeable about every vehicle we bring in, they let us know the problem and provide cost and time it will take to get it done. they perform the work and they always do it right in a timely manner, They even have gone the extra mile by bringing the vehicle to our place of work if we didn't have anyone available to pick it up and if they had someone available at they shop.

It was a very easy process and the associates we very knowledgeable and friendly.

I went to a different tire store first that I have used in the past. They told me they were booked till Saturday, and I needed new tires for a trip tomorrow. I decided to give Big O Tires a call. They invited me in and said they weren’t too busy at all. I was surprised when I pulled up to find that there were a lot of cars. When I walked in there were other customers there and I thought to myself that this was going to take a long time. I was wrong. Not only did they have a representative ready to help, but they also had my car completely ready in less than an hour. I am super impressed with this location, their customer service, and willingness to help.
